Bohica Content Studio privacy notice

Information we use

When you contact us, we receive the contact details, messages, attachments and project information you provide. We use them to respond, assess suitability, agree and deliver work, and keep necessary business records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

For an accepted project, we use the source files, audio, speaker information, transcripts, editing instructions and approvals needed to produce your agreed deliverables. We also keep order references, payment status, file versions, delivery records and agreed access deadlines. Please supply only material you have permission to share, including permission from people whose information appears in it. Source collection and production start only under the agreed order and processing arrangements.

The public website provides an email contact link. It does not accept payments or source uploads. Internal test inquiry records remain restricted to the studio. An email inquiry is not a purchase or a marketing subscription.

We also keep project and operating files on our workstation. Providers may process information in locations outside yours. We identify the intended processing tools before accepting confidential source material; we do not promise that every provider has the same retention or model-training settings.

File access and delivery

Source files and internal work are kept separate from the finished package. With your express agreement, the finished ZIP may be delivered through a Dropbox link that anyone holding it can use and forward. It is not an invitation to publish your work as our portfolio. If you need restricted access, agree that route before delivery.

We record an agreed download deadline and schedule link revocation. Scheduled processing can be delayed; the deadline is not a promise of instantaneous removal. Closing an upload request stops further submissions through it. Revoking a download link does not delete stored project files or recall copies someone has already downloaded.

Email choices

Order and delivery messages are operational emails. They do not subscribe you to marketing. Optional promotional email requires a separate signup and must provide an unsubscribe method. We maintain suppression records to respect those choices. Our marketing welcome workflow remains paused while it is being verified; this does not stop authorized operational messages about an accepted order.

Retention and information requests

We retain information needed for inquiries, agreed projects, security, accounting, disputes and consent records. We have not implemented a fixed automatic deletion period for all copies. If an order requires a particular retention arrangement, agree it before sharing files. Ending link access does not start an automatic file-deletion process.

Email hello@bohicacontentstudio.com to request access, correction, deletion or an end to marketing. We may verify that the request relates to you or your authorized project contact. We will explain any information that must remain, such as records needed for an open dispute, applicable obligations or honoring an unsubscribe. Deletion of active copies does not necessarily remove provider backups immediately. If you disagree with how we handle a request, reply to the same address for owner review; any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

We do not sell inquiry lists. We may disclose information where necessary to meet applicable obligations or address misuse or a dispute. We will update this notice when our actual uses and services change.
