Bohica Content Studio — Pilot service terms

Terms version: September 16, 2026. Each project requires a separately accepted written order.

Your pilot

Bohica Group LLC, operating as Bohica Content Studio (“we”), provides the pilot described below to the customer identified in the accepted order (“you”). Contact: hello@bohicacontentstudio.com. Mailing address: 3590 N Zaragoza Rd, Ste B103, El Paso, TX 79938, USA.

The pilot costs US$249 once, plus applicable tax disclosed before payment. From up to 30 minutes of suitable footage you supply, we deliver:

• Three distinct vertical videos, each 30–60 seconds, as 1080 × 1920 MP4 files.
• English captions burned into each video and separate caption files.
• Posting copy for each video.
• One matching email draft, including a subject line and call to action.
• One consolidated revision round within the accepted brief.

This purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. Any future monthly service requires a separate agreement and explicit authorization.

Order and schedule

Before payment, the written order identifies your business and authorized approver, the source footage and brief, deliverables, agreed production tools, delivery and review dates, delivery method and download availability, price, tax, total, and any exceptions to these terms. An expressly agreed exception in that order controls the corresponding provision here.

The order takes effect only when you and an authorized representative of Bohica Group LLC accept it. Work starts after source suitability is confirmed, complete required assets arrive, and payment is verified. We confirm a specific delivery date after reviewing the source and our capacity. There is no general three-day delivery promise.

“Production begins” means we start project-specific transcription, clip selection, drafting, or editing after these prerequisites. We record the start and notify you. Initial suitability review alone does not count as production.

Missing assets or requested changes may require a revised date, which we agree with you. We promptly communicate delays on our side and proposed next steps.

Scope and review

Filming, custom animation, paid advertising, account management, publishing to your accounts, sending email to your audience, and voice or likeness cloning are excluded. Editable project files and third-party source licenses are included only if expressly listed in your order. We do not guarantee views, leads, platform acceptance, sales, or revenue.

Please provide one consolidated set of timestamped revision notes within five business days after draft delivery. We agree the resulting revision delivery date with you. Corrections of our errors against the accepted brief do not use your included revision round. New source footage, a new creative direction, or additional deliverables require a separate quote accepted before extra work or charges.

Missing the review window does not authorize publication or waive valid defect complaints. You review names, factual statements, captions, offers, and final content before publishing. We do not publish on your behalf under this pilot.

Your materials and rights

You retain your supplied materials and confirm that you have the permissions needed to use the footage, speakers, music, brands, and other supplied content for this project. You authorize us and the agreed providers to process those materials as necessary to perform the order.

We use original or appropriately licensed additions and disclose material ongoing license restrictions. After full payment, we transfer to you the rights we hold and can transfer in the original deliverables. Third-party material remains subject to its licenses. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated material. We need your separate written permission before using your name or work in our portfolio or marketing.

AI assistance and confidentiality

AI may assist transcription, selection, captions, drafting, and editing. Before uploading customer material to an external production tool, we identify that tool and relevant data-use restrictions in the order or its processing schedule. Local editing does not mean all planning or analysis occurs offline.

We agree confidentiality requirements before receiving affected materials. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through the source handoff. We will not accept restrictions that our actual systems cannot meet or promise unsupported vendor retention or training settings.

Delivery and storage

We deliver through the method stated in your order, with a stated download-availability deadline. Please download and keep your own copies. We do not promise a fixed automated deletion interval. You may request deletion; we review eligible active copies and explain records that must remain and any provider backup limitations.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel or report a problem, email hello@bohicacontentstudio.com with your order reference.

If you cancel before production begins, we refund the full service fee and any applicable refundable tax. We do not deduct processing fees from that full refund.

If you cancel after production begins, we show the completed work and propose a fair refund for the undelivered scope, with the basis explained. If we cannot complete the order, we offer a mutually accepted new date or a refund for the undelivered scope. Applicable tax adjustments are included. These terms do not limit mandatory customer rights.

Payment and changes

Pay only through the secure payment route identified in the accepted order; never email card details. The total, including applicable tax, is disclosed before payment. Any scope, price, or contractual change requires agreement before additional work or charges. Contact us at the address above for questions, complaints, or requested changes.
